A5 Planning

Idea

For this project, I want to make a mini cookbook that is tailored to college students who want to quickly make a meal but still have the desire to get a bit creative. I found a few of these recipes online to go with the spring season, and I think it would be really interesting to present them in a simple, easy-to-follow fashion for students.

Personally, I love to cook, but it’s really hard to find the time to make a fun and interesting meal. My goal is to present the recipes that I’ve found with a standardized and minimalist format so it’s easy for anyone to follow.

I am making the book 24 pages. 1 is being used for the title page, 2 for the table of contents, 1 for the back cover, and 20 for ten different recipes. Each recipe has two pages – one for instructions and one for a picture. There is a rough sketch of this below.
